1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Practice Book ("the Service") operated by its developer ("we" or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. By signing in, you represent that:

You are at least 13 years of age

You will provide accurate and complete information
•
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
One person may not maintain more than one account.
3. Permitted Use and Prohibited Actions
You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations
•
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
•
Uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
•
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
•
Using the Service for fraudulent purposes or to mislead other users
•
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
4. Purchases and Digital Content
The Service allows users to purchase question sets created by other users ("Sellers"). The following terms apply to all purchases:

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and include consumption tax
•
Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of purchase
•
Purchased content is available immediately after payment
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after purchase. Exceptions apply in the following cases:
•
The purchased content has a critical defect (e.g., cannot be displayed)
•
An erroneous charge has occurred
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of the content they create. By posting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You additionally agree to the following regarding user-posted question sets and similar content:

Copyright in content you post remains with you as the poster.
•
You must not post content that infringes third-party copyrights, including wholesale copying of commercial question books, full past-exam reproductions, or unauthorized excerpts from paid courses.

We may remove violating content or suspend accounts without prior notice where appropriate.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
•
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
•
The accuracy or completeness of any content on the Service
•
User-generated content (question sets) is accurate, complete, or appropriate
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
